I'm not really nervous about it; I'm more excited than anything. Not that I'm overly confident (although I don't expect anything but good news), but I'm very eager to have it done with already.

Also, effective November 1, 2009, I can take an additional 2 days off per month (paid). This is separate from PTO, vacation, sick days, holidays, etc.

 
2 days off separate from PTO? isn't that what PTO is? they could just give you 16 hours more PTO and month. good luck!
 
I describe my annual review as Festivus: the annual bearing of grievances.

I keep pushing my boss to include the feats of strength, but he refuses... and I have to keep it on my list of grievances.

Instead he shows you the strengths of feat......the stance of dominance.
