Its that time of year again, $58 for a Fun Card Annual Passport to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for Unlimited General Admission for 2006.

They have been doing this every year for awhile, but since the price dosent drop later in the year, its always the best value to get it now.

Only costs about $4 more than a single day ticket, so for any Floridians going even once, WELL worth it.

what kind of blackout dates are on these?

When I get my Sea World San Antonio pass, there is never any blackout dates. Plus you get discounts on all of the food and drinks among other stuff.

Sweet, I'm in Orlando, so this might be worth it to me. BG in Tampa has a lot of good rides, good animal exhibits too. Thanks for the heads up =)

Unlimited admission to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay through December 31, 2006. Price is plus tax, per person and subject to change without notice. Fun Cards expire 12/31/06 and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Offer not valid with other discounts or special offers. Darn, would anyone happen to know if BG, Williamsburg ever has a deal like this?

I'm about 2 hours from there... that would be so sweet. Thanks! 🙂

WARNING! This place is a SCAM! Nowhere at all in this Busch "Garden" are there any plants with beer cans growing on them!

I felt more had than Jenna Jameson on a 3 day shoot.

Select special events ARE blackout dates.
I know Howl-O-Scream is one.
They have a few other dates, and it sucks if you drop in on one of those dates.
I live about 30 minutes from park, and after a few years of going only twice a year, just because I had the pass, I stopped buying the pass last year.
Make sure you take beer class when you go.
Also go for free beer samples often. They say limit two, but as long as you are not stupid, they don't care.

It is a nice park to visit once a year, or more often if you need to entertain out of state guests, and are sick of Orlando parks.

One thing to keep in mind... Those "budget" annual passes do NOT include parking.

What I do in my family, is that my wife gets the cheapest pass that includes free parking, and the rest of the family gets the cheapest one. The extra money is saved back in a few months on parking.

Just stop at any large swampy area on the way...you come over to my subdivision and check out the retention ponds if you want 😉

Don't forget, Sea World in Orlando has the same deal. My wife is a teacher so she gets in free and I paid $60 for the year. Great deal. Also, for Sea World you can park at one of the nearby hotels and walk a little bit extra to get free parking.

I plan to do a BGT, Seaworld, and Universal IOA trip one of these days.
I've been to BGW, but not BGT. BGW is an extremely nice park and gets voted best looking park in most any poll I see. It's been voted best Best Landscaping and Most Beautiful Park in the world every year in the Amusement Today Golden Ticket awards (see my sig.). BGT does have more coasters.
