annoying problem when starting a program

whenever i click on a program to use it brings up a box that says run as and you can select current user and under thea following user and pick a user. it just started to do this today and it is extremely annoying if ne1 knows how i can go in and change a setting or whatever to fix this plz help me. im going nuts!

right click on the program, go properties, then under the shortcut tab, Advanced button

if Run with different credentials is ticked untick it..

other than tnhat i have no clue?
