Annoying print Banners / E-mail Server Program

This is actually two topics in one:

Does anyone know how to get rid of the annoying LST print banner that comes up between each print job in Windows2000? In 98 there was an option in the Printer Properties | Capture Settings where I could disable it, but not in Win2k. Trying to add the #CAPTURE NB didn't work in Novell.

We are running a Novell 3.12 Network with Windows2000 and 98.

Also, does anyone know a good e-mail server program for Windows2000 Advanced Server? Exchange seems to be the only one I can think of.

Can you check your system login script again? Default setting is to print banners, so you have to explicitly set no banner (nb) in each capture statement.

Run a "capture sh" on one of the workstations and post the results as well.

If you don't feel weird about it, you might post the system login script.

Actually, there are no capture settings in the system login script. Individual users sometimes have local printers routed, but that's about it.

I added the preset Novell print queues via Win2k Add Printers.

Any particular reason you don't want to go with Exchange? In my experience, it's been a pretty good mail server...
