Annoying Networking Problems

Router: Linksys Wireless-B BEFW11S4
My computer is plugged in port 1 on the router. My prob is with almost everything that's out side browsing. For example, when playing UT2004 I get disconnected 3 mins later. Or on IRC, same thing. Same thing with a program called Foldershare. The software I use is similar tothis.
