Annoying guy calls constantly

I have somebody (sometimes its a guy other times its a woman) that calls all the time. Sometimes 20 times in one day. Sometimes at 3 and 4 in the morning. They say hardly anything, when they do I can not hear well enough and they they speak broken English. I'm wondering what I can do to fix the situation. I have told them numerous time to stop calling.

any ideas? I was thinking of getting an air horn

I have also tried talking with Vonage to get it blocked but they do not offer that feature.

Or try and figure out what thier native language is and tell them to stop calling in it. Or call there house 5000000000000000000000000000000000000 times till they get the idea.
 
post the # and we will all call them. Between all the members here we can give them about 4000-5,000 calls a day.

fax.com is free for 30 days. 300 page limit. I mean you shouldnt hit that unless they have a fax machine on the other end.

fax them every hour for 30 days

I think that he would eighter warn him and tell him to edit it out or just remove it and leave a note.
 
The other problem is when ever I dial it, it's either busy or just now I got a recording saying it wasn't in service. in that case I'll go ahead and add it to the main post

Well, if it's a cell phone, add the number to your contact list and set a custom ring tone to <none> if your phone offers it.

If he's calling your land line, look into Selective Call Rejection by dialing *60 and following the prompts. (This *should* be standard on pots lines in the US, but I'm not at work and don't have access to the manuals that detail that feature.)

Unless you want someone to call and harass him back.
