Actually, it's not all that bad. Babies are pretty much a 24/7 job the first few months, but it gets a lot better once they start sleeping more. My daughter's turning one in September and I've found enough free time to keep racing bikes on the weekends. I'm actually in better shape than I was before she was born......just comes down to managing your time better. 🙂
