I'd install it in my rig to get better performance in Battlefield 3, Arkham City, and Sleeping Dogs. Main motivation for entering is to then hand down my 560 Ti to my brother, who only has an 8600GT.

3: I would use the card to get back into gaming, money is tight, so this would be a blessing I would NEVER forget. My stuff is pretty old by industry standards, so a new video card would bring it right back to life. Its really all I need. The picture is old, but the specs are up to date. Running at 1920x1200 resolution, needs some better power. I currently have a WTB thread going for another 6850, so I am serious about upgrading. If I did win a 670, I wouldn't have to buy another 6850, so I would indeed use this card and not just turn around and sell it. Haven't had an Nvidia card since my GTX 8800, would be fun to go play around with green again.

I loved my Nvidia 275 GTX but god damn it was getting to the point where the sluggish performance was hurting my eyes in games because of the jerky/low FPS. Just the other day, I was trying to play GTA IV with ENB mods installed, but at the end of the gaming session my eyes was more watery than the village...

A fellow AT brother can no longer turn down the graphics settings that has shackled his overclocked ivy bridge system. Give your AT brother some MooooSHUuuuu! I used my 275 GTX with love and care for the past 5 years, but it was time to lay it to rest and finally sold it to a craigslist buyer yesterday. Disappointingly, the 670 GTX prices are about the same as what they were a year ago, and if I could save that money I will use it to buy a high-quality display to go with the card.

What I intend to do with the 670 GTX 4GB:

• Pair it with a new IPS/1440p/or 120/144Hz monitor. With 4GB VRAM i will probably get the 1440p Dell UltraSharp U2713HM.
• Play my games in full details and with HD textures if applicable ! (Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs, GTA4, Chivalry: Medieval Warefare, Batman: AC, DiRT2/3, FarCry 3, Crisis 3, and some others)
• Must play TT Raider and hope to play upcoming GTA V and Sim City 5 with max or high details!
• F@Home
• Show my GF and friends my new card
• Save the world? lol :whiste:
