Damn right! She is extremely messed up. It puts a bad name for women around the world (no, im not a woman or a women's activist), this dumb (bad word for cat) couldn't do anything (except pose in the nude) for money so she went and suckered some old fogey, that's just straight up mean!
 
Doesn't the fact that she's his widow automatically make her the beneficiary of some of his money? If not, that is sick. How could he not have wanted her to have some? After all, he did marry her and was mentally competent at the time and under no duress.

Let me point out the obvious ...She married him for the money. She knows it, he knew it too. She didn't shack up with this guy for his complexion or his erectile prowess. It was the best half billion that ol' coot ever spent, why should he hedge on his agreement now ? Now everybody's all indignant because she's blonde, an x-playmate and has Enormous hooters. If she was brunette, ugly and a waitress, everyone would be yelling &quot; go get 'em sistah, You go girl, you earned it having to put up with that decrepit old man.

Personally, if I remember the details of the case (SurfCrotch block the Yahoo! link because of the word &quot;Playmate.&quot😉, she should offer to split the money with his family &amp; call it even. He was a jerk to marry her for her ass, but it was his money &amp; his decision. He was entitled to do whatever the fvck he wanted with it.

If any of that were true, than why is she in NONE of his wills? By omitting her, he's made his intentions very clear. If she was too stupid to get a prenup to prove her assertions that he promised her half, well that's the breaks.

Her failure to do so indicates that she's not even any good at her chosen profession: Gold Digging.

I haven't taken a look at the will, but if what Russ says is true, Anna has absolutely no claims whatsoever to the money. If there's any sanity left in the judicial process, this lawsuit will get thrown out.
 
I thought part of a marriage relationship was that the spouse was automatically entitled to the other's assets, in the event that nothing was specified.

Either way, she's a moron for not getting it put in his will.

I'm not saying she should get nothing, just that she certainly does not deserve half of the wealth he built. She played no part in that at all; not like many wives who, over a period of years, helped their husbands to become successful.

Let's be generous and give her a million per boink. That can't amount to much.
