Birkhead has confirmed the pregnancy, telling TMZ.com, "I have been told that I am expecting a child, I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors.

"I am very excited about the possibility of becoming a father."

That was disgusting, but oddly enough, I'm hesitant to disagree. She is a filthy and disgusting person. I don't care for her one bit and seriously hope that this child she plans to bring into the world is quickly snatched up by the father and rescued.
