I don't understand what you losers are cheering over. It's not like you'll be seeing any of that money. Rather, it sets a rather bad precedent FOR ALL MEN, as the government can now override a man's will and decide to distribute his wealth - as they see fit - to his wife. What next? Will the government declare all pre-nuptial agreements worthless as well? It doesn't say so in this article, but I've read in a previous article that there was absolutely no mention of Anna Nicole Smith in the old man's will. His money was supposed to go to some charities and to one of his sons.

Hey now, I am certain that the authenticity of the will and its validity were suspect. Do you really think that the old man would not leave her anything? The family should have settled with her, instead they wanted to cut her out completely. She may be a strange gold digging chick, but hey, she was married to the guy.

The family could have given her some money and she would have gone away. Because they were pigs, they got burnt.
