That's her take on it. From what i've read and seen and heard I disagree with her on a some points she makes and agree on others. No surprise there's things in this case that I agree with soundforbjt on also. I'm still waiting for the investigation to be complete , especially the forensics part of it.

Sounds like you're just rehashing all the speculative arguments based on incomplete information. There's already a 10,000 post thread about that. Pokerguy is correct, to this point there has been no actual evidence presented of wrongdoing. Based on the information provided and public pressure, I would assume there will be at least an indictment.

Thing is, according to Jeb Bush he doesn't get to use the Stand Your Ground law since he was following Martin, then he has to PROVE that he had to kill him, to use a defense, you have to prove it, Zimmermans defense was taken from him by the ultraliberal comminazi marxistmuslim Jeb Bush.

Jeb Bush's opinion on it doesn't matter, nor does he get to decide what defense Zimmerman can use. Zimmerman does not have to prove that he had to kill him, I believe the state has a burden to prove that Zimmerman's claim of self defense is untrue. I'm no lawyer, but that sounds difficult. If it wasn't, I'm sure he would have been arrested already.

I think this is the kind of stuff that happens when non-legal folks like the media and people like you and I get involved in a case like this: we don't know the details, so everyone spouts of uninformed opinions or parrots opinions they've heard, but there are very few people who actually know what's going on.

I'm not a neighborhood watch guy, but in my neighborhood (semi-rural) when I see someone strange to me checking out the houses, or if they're parking either on the street or in someones driveway I usually walk over and ask if I can help them out. I'm not the only one in the neighborhood that does the same. It's different in a rural setting rather then a suburban gated community, but good neighbors watch out for each other.
