my friend, from when his was in college, introduced me to love hina, the romantic-comedy type of anime. I watched it and found it a funny story. i dl the series to watch it. It's more a soap opera type series that keeps you interested in the story line. Anyways, I erased it from my hd. Come a few years fast forward, and I want to watch it again in the need of a funny, romantic type soap opera type series. I order the dvd set from amazon instead as per my friend's recommendation. So now all my relatives think I'm into children when my mom sees the dvd in my bedroom. So not only am i down 30 usd, but i've lost my entire family, including my cousins, aunts and uncles, parents and brothers, brother's girlfriend, and probably grandparents from the old country. I'm in my late 20s , but I started watching anime when i was in my teens, and haven't seen romantic-comedy anime until i was 25.

well , i dont think i lost my brothers or parents figuritively speaking, just that now I cant attend any family holidays with the rest of the family. Not to mention have normal family relations with brother's gf or another family member of the non-intermediate type.

better and more complete story IMO.
