it's a movie, not a ova/oav. it was shown in theaters in japan in ~august.

they do do anime screens in actual us theaters... i remember they were showing X by Clamp two years ago in Westside Pavillion theatre (by UCLA)

in this movie, spike does version 2 of that Bruce lee kick "aka clown kick".
version1 :lunge ur torso in first, use that momentum to do a high side kick with oppsite hand extended backwards.
version2: lunge ur torso in first, use that momentum to do a spin heel kick(?) with opposite hand extended backwards.


on the fight scene near the end.

it has pretty good song as well..
