Animated wallpaper, where do I get it?

I bought a G5 case from a guy who also had a Hackintosh and he had his desktop wallpaper as a flowing stream. He said it was just a loop, but still, I've never seen animated wallpaper. Can anyone think of what he is using to do that?

You can actually just enable a terminal command in Tiger and Leopard (those are definite, not sure about anything before 10.4). I'll see if I can dredge it up and post back.
