Buster FTW..

Was there only 3 seasons ? We have only seen Seasons 1&2 so far I believe.

2 seasons only

3rd is... umm... available.

How can you pick Buster over GOB?

"I made a big mistake....."

Man I started watching this show a little over two weeks ago. I borrowed the first two season DVD's. And then I had to download season 3 because there is no DVD out. I cant believe I never watched it on TV. I missed out on the best show Ive ever seen on TV. Fox did not advertise this show at all and thats why it failed, I never even knew when it came on. I loved this show. All the character development, the humor that you had to figure out. It was an amazing show and I really wish it would continue in some form. But, I just found out last night that they auctioned off the items off the set over the weekend.

There were 3 seasons. First season is 22 episodes. 2nd was 18. And 3rd season, Fox only aired 13 episodes. Supposedly there are 4 more episodes that were not aired, but will be included on the season 3 DVD. I was looking to buy the DVD last night and looks like its not out yet. One sight said it was supposed to come out like May 10 or something, and another site said August 31. In any case, Showtime should have picked up the show and continued it. This is one of the few sitcoms I really enjoyed.

Edit: Theres also some cool stuff from the set for sale on eBay. I saw the Cornballer on there for like $600, probably gone up since then.

My ebay-fu is sucking... what should I search for? I know they were auctioning off lots of stuff from the set, but if I search for Arrested Development all I get is DVDs and other crap. Was there a special auction page for set items?

They wanted to.

In the end Mitchell Hurwitz, the spearhead of the show, decided that he just didn't want to keep battling to keep in on the air and to find ways to keep giving the audience what they want instead of just working from his head... which I will admit you can see a lot of that in the third season when the things we were dying to see happen... happened.

What's this show about? I never bothered checking it out.

The basics of it are as follows:

-It's an extrememly disfunctional adult-age family, with a couple of kids involved.
-Micheal (played by Jason Batemen) is pretty much the only one who isn't 100% retarded.
-The show starts as the Dad is arrested for misuse of company funds.
-The family pretty much goes broke, and Micheal must keep them together and keep them from ruining everything by being morons.

Watch the first 10 episodes of season one. If you don't find it enough to want to keep watching, then flat out, the show is not for you... and that's okay, but then I'll ask you to get a sense of humor.

Actually I would say Michael is just as disfunctional but simply not in so much an "in your face way" They are all pretty much beyond hope.

Some of his lines were WAY over the top. Tobias is great no question. But Gob was the crowned king of the show

just watched the final 2 episodes.
Good old Angyung ruins it all.
Flawless show. I'm so depressed it's over with now.
