Anger makes motivation?

You're worrying to much. Try in school but don't drive yourself crazy trying to be perfect. Sounds like you need to live a little.

The problem with using anger as motivation is that it's hard to keep up the anger. Then you lose motivation.

It's better to use competition as motivation - if you think "I'll do whatever it takes to beat so-and-so" then you'll keep going. All you need to do is go to the bar some night to see this one in action - guys trying to outdrink each other, for example.
