There's no way that's legit. You couldn't have 50 surgeries in that amount of time. Your body couldn't heal quickly enough to have the next surgery.

I am sorry for that girl if this is true. But i actually got frightened looking at the first few pictures. +1 for that. I do not scare easily anymore.
Dear god, that is just wrong. Whoever allowed this to happen should be quartered.

It's makeup and prosthetics.

Called it.

A teen who claimed she had undergone 50 surgeries to look like her idol Angelina Jolie has admitted she faked the whole thing to “amuse” herself.

Sahar Tabar had been called a “zombie” by cruel commenters after her gaunt Instagram selfies went viral.

But, as the Sun Online reported last week, many viewers had a hunch that the teenager was using Photoshop to tweak her pictures.

And now, 19-year-old Tabar has come clean and admitted that her shocking, emaciated look is not real.

Rather than a result of surgery or drastic weight loss, the Iranian teen’s look was created through a combination of makeup and computer wizardry.

What's interesting is just how far Newsweek has fallen since being a rival to Time Magazine. They actually interviewed plastic surgeons to give more weight to this story than it deserved.

Newsweek reached out to Tabar, but she did not immediately respond to a request for comment. To get more insight into what might be happening with the Iranian social media star, Newsweek reached out to Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a celebrity plastic surgeon.

“The nose is obviously distorted from having at least one too many rhinoplasties,” Salzhauer, who has not treated Tabar, told Newsweek on Friday. “There is probably a silicone implant to give tip and bridge support.”

While lip injections are common in Hollywood and elsewhere, Tabar might have done more than that to emulate her idol Jolie. “The lips look overfilled with filler and she has also likely had a ‘lip lift’ procedure to turn her lip up and show more vermillion, [which is] the red part of the lip,” Salzhauer, who is the Chief Surgeon at Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery in Miami, said.

The doctor described Tabar’s look as distorted, saying malnutrition likely contributed to her surprising appearance. “Most of the other distortion is from anorexia,” he said. “She is clearly protein deficient, which causes the hallowing out of the temporal areas and cheeks—which gives a ‘skeleton’ look.”
