i tend to agree...not because his case does have any merit.. just not enough to be successful

I think it will depend on whether there are sanctions concerning evidence against the prosecution in the Zimmerman case which are still pending and on the docket. If successful these sanctions could provide support in suit.

There won't be any sanctions either. The argument is basically, they gave us a dvd but we didn't know how to extract the data.
