Android Video Conversion App

I don't take many videos with my phone, but in the spur of the moment I took one last night of my cat that I want to send to my parents(used to be their cat). Unfortunately it is a 100mb mp4 file. Any ideas on an app or program that can make that smaller to either email, or post on a webpage? I know it can be posted one my current webpage, but I was hoping not to upload a 100mb file. TIA

just transfer it to your PC and encode it with handbrake.

I tried handbrake, and it seems to cut down the size, but it makes the video very choppy. Any suggestions on settings?
