Android showing 2.5 GB free but doesn't match the graph.

Any idea what's going on here? The graph clearly shows like 10GB free, but the system thinks there's only 2.5GB free, and the values don't add up to 16GB anyway...

Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
 
I know it sounds cliche, but have you tried rebooting the phone? 🙂

Is it a stock Galaxy Nexus or a custom ROM? ROM might be doing something weird with the partitions.

It has had this problem for many weeks already, so yes, even after reboots.

Stock ROM, just rooted.
