Android on Verizon Not Roaming

My S9+ doesn't seem to be roaming. I drive to a different area and I have zero connections available on my phone. If I restart the phone, it works fine. I don't want to have to keep doing that, any ideas?

Wifi calling on

That is... very odd. I'd check to see if there are settings for cellular roaming, and of course to be sure the phone is up to date, but after that it may be a bug with the OS. Have you tried a factory reset (after backing up your data, of course)?

Are you talking about cellular call roaming, or data roaming? The only selection I know of on Verizon is the one for Data Roaming.

To access it, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks. Then check the switch for Data Roaming.

If this is not it, @Commodus has a good suggestion related to backup and resetting, then restoring.

Data roaming.
Data roaming is on.
Software is up to date.
Tried to talk to Verizon CS, they were of no help.
Backed up and factory reset phone, will go for a drive tomorrow to see if that helped.
Thanks.
