android music app that resumes playlists?

like if i have one for usual music and another for educational ones. i'd like to be able to just select gym/languages and have the player resume the last mp3 i was listening to

google music doesnt seem to do this and neither does poweramp

That would be nice. I know MX player does this somewhat for video.
