Android General/Droid Razr: Crappy audio after factory reset?

Title says most of it. I had to do a factory reset, and now the audio output sucks (confirmed w/multiple listening devices). Still listenable, but the vocals are very quiet, mids are muddled, and bass is short and nothing about it sounds quite right. I tried all of the built in android settings/eq, and nothing sounded right.

I've tried multiple audio players and sources, and multiple popular external app equalizers (Equalizer, by Smart Android Apps, apparently highly rated, the Subsonic app's internal EQ that I have used before with success, and winamp pro.

I'm out of ideas, anyone else have any before I try another factory reset?
