I'm looking for a good app (doesn't necessarily have to be free) that will be able to do the following

1) Real time heart rate monitoring from a bluetooth device (I'm pretty much set on the Polar H7 unless other recommendations are given)
2) Heart rate logging over 1-2 hours so I can look back and see where modifications need to be made
3) I would like to app to be able to signal when my heart rate goes above or below a certain range either play a sound or vibrate the phone without being force to look at it throughout the workout.

I've done a little digging but haven't been able to come up with much outside of various apps being able to do 1, 2, or both. Nothing on 3 and reviews are all over the place on how well stuff works. So Suggestions?

I picked up a Polar H7 for Christmas and the free Polar Beat software will handle 1 and 2. Because Polar Beat software will link to Google Fit, anything using that API can take the data. A quick dig around the internet found this Reddit thread:

And in that thread this app seems most likely to give you option 3 plus the other 2. And it shows that it has been tested with the H7.
