No idea what that is. Don’t think Samsung or T-Mobile would put something on your phone that would do that. That would definitely concern me though. I wonder if something malicious got installed. I’d probably do a factory reset and start over.

I noticed that "location" was enabled, and presumably, it enabled the advanced Google location tracking. Probably an LEO trojan for some reason.

Androiid phones have the WORST security, I tell you.

Yeah, this is common for an infected device. The malware authors want ad bucks from sending your phone to sites. Phone needs a data wipe, unfortunately. Make sure not to blindly restore all currently installed apps too.
