I have to say I am flabbergasted by this. I really have no problem with it - I think it's just as well that all those guns are in the hands of a guy who obviously loves them and takes gun safety seriously (they are stored in a concrete vault). That said, it is pretty staggering to me that one person would even be interested in owning SO MANY of one thing.

For example, I love bicycles and own three rather spendy ones (total cost at retail would be ~$10,000). I could imagine owning 15 or so for different purposes and as eye candy, but beyond that they would just be burdensome. I honestly can't imagine having hundreds of them.

Hopefully at some point he will post his pistol collection . . .
