I had no issues with T-Mobile's customer service the few times I spoke with them. Having live chat available on their website is really nice as well. I don't get that with Verizon.

Verizon has horrid customer service but the good thing is you shouldnt need it often. In two years I've only had to use them once.
Come to think of it, almost all my conversations with them have been me politely saying I dont want any extra service or features and please stop harassing me at home.
