That seems like a no-brainer. Introduce 008 or 009 or whomever as a protégé of Bond in an actual Bond movie and try to build up a following. Then spin her off into a new series with some crossover characters like M and Q. Nobody is going to accept a female James Bond any more than a female Batman. It's got to be a different character in the same universe.

There's the rub, a female Bond is going to suck. It's Bond and that means a movie is required to have some great car chase scenes. Who's going to believe a female Bond can do that stuff when a female Bond wouldn't be able to back out of her own driveway without clipping the mailbox?

A downvote and upvote system in a forum is basically saying that the forum is curated responses most likely to appeal to you. It ends up not being a discussion but more a sort of mental masturbation, where you think you are actually engaging in discussion but really you are just teasing your feedback sensors by being pleased with responses that appeal to you.

If that's what you want just go on Reddit and jack off over karma.

Someone pointed out a while ago the cultural effort he called the feminization of NA society. A Bondette is another example perhaps of a cultural change disguised as a mere push for corporate earnings. See also the onslaught of men's perfume and earings , women sportscasters, etc.
The NA male is under stress.The National Post today has an article called "Trashman" pointing out that taking out the garbage remains the sole area of male responsibility in a family. How soon before men give that up as well ?
