It amazes me that so many people are pointing out little details that lead them to believe it is not real, when really the only proof you need is that there is a very tall tree growing in the MIDDLE OF A LANE OF TRAFFIC. That's not a median strip.

hehe I know it's so obvious. But it's fun to see the little details people spot. Plus it's funny to see some that thought it was snow instead of warped cement and stuff like that. Someone need glasses? lol

/me wonders how he got the shadows....

EDIT: actually, on second thouhgt, i don't think the rendering has to do with the traffic, by looking at the other examples on the website. The rendering has to do with the environment, so that would mean that the tree and the grass in the middle of the road is the rendered part.

The reason why the lane is all warped is because it looks like the tree and all the plants just suddenly grew in the middle of the street. Sort of like one of those weird Anime disasters where nature wreaks havok! ;)
