Umm... where does it say that he doesn't have to go at all? Looks like he's still gotta make a court appearance to me...

Judge Peter Beaumont adjourned Tuesday's hearing for two weeks and set the trial date for July 4.

In the meantime, it looks like he's still locked up in a max-security prison.
