Genius.

chicken wings are great. but yeah the numbers are rather staggering. it does seem that at every party i have gone to lately there is a platter of chicken wings.

i don't feel bad for chickens. they have been known to drowned themselves during rain storms by looking up at the sky as they get rained on. the rain enters their nostrils and they drowned because they are to stupid to look down and clear out their sinus cavity.

= best wings possible

THIS! I use butter and Louisiana hot sauce. The Louisiana hot sauce already has vinegar in it. Last time I did a 1:1 butter to hot sauce ratio and it was pretty good. Although I think I could stand to get something that is hotter, it really tastes like what you get in the restaurants if not better. Do that with Alton Brown's wing recipe and you're set. They're not as crispy as deep fried but they are very good. Last time I made them, my girlfriend made me make them again the next night.

During the Game, Americans will eat 1.25 billion chicken wings, or enough to circle the Earth more than twice. http://*****/dP0TeUch -- SportsCenter (@SportsCenter)

and to think, that's a 600+ million chickens slaughtered for just this event. I didn't even know there were that many chicken around at once in the U.S.
It is just crazy to think of it

Parkay = Margarine - Use Butter when making your wings not that gross shit made with oil.

Pull wings out of deep fryer, coat in butter by tossing, then add Franks Red Hot and toss to coat.

Serve.

If you want BBQ wings, instead of Franks Red Hot use a quality BBQ sauce you like and toss.

Something like 25 million chickens are killed on an average day for US consumption.
(Thats like 10 billion per year)

All of those wings are probably not fresh.
