I'm fine with anyone who does this be it white or black getting the harshest penalty possible. In this situation the victim was shown to be targeted because he was black so of course its a hate crime.

What about the blacks targeting and knocking out whites ("polar-bearing" or "polar-bear hunting" (when the victim is chosen for being white)).

The justice department Eric Holder and Obama Administration are a bunch of racist assholes.

Maybe they went to other neighborhoods that just happened to be majority white. Or maybe they went to richer neighborhoods that were majority white. It's a weaker case. Here, there's actual video evidence on the guy's intent on targeting someone due to their race.

What else do you expect from obama and his cronies. In their mind only white people can be racist and can never be the victims of racism.
 
Hate crime laws, affirmative action and any programs to ensure certain racial groups get government contracts or ANYTHING remotely similar to what I've just mentioned need to all be completely abolished as both unconstitutional and for having been applied in a completely unequal fashion while they've been on the books.

I think black people targeting people because they are white should be charged with hate crimes too.
 
He specifically records he is going to attack a person because they are black using racial slurs. Then he punches a 79 year old breaking his jaw and your argument against a hate crime charge is a black person didn't get a charge? Wow....................

Attacking anyone is hate and a crime. Why does race always have to play such a part? Anyone can be targeted for any reason, color of skin is no different than what someone wears or any other cause for targeting.

He recorded several videos that contained racially motivated content. So are they to overlook the hate charge because you feel blacks are not persecuted on the same level? Seriously you are using this incident to make this point?
