And Again new Radeon drivers (7078)

Anyone tried using these new drivers with a Radeon 64 VIVO? Do you have to uninstall the old drivers to get these new ones to work, or can you just install over top of them?
 
I installed over them, no major differences, but someone said the white-washed desktop after certain games seem to be fixed.
 
they really dont like us win2k user huh? not only does it take 2 days to get it to work and sacrifices (i cant use my 2nd monitor now, didnt use it much but still a sacrifice) but they aren't as fast either

Now now Hans most people get 'em working in 5 minutes.
 
it took me 2 days to figure out , that it didnt like having a PCI matrox in there with it or else it'd crash all the time
