I thought it meant that if your arm was bare and in the sun and you got a mosquito on it that you should burn the mosquito off wih your cig...

it's an ad that says to be careful of how you carry your lit cigarette during the summer because people wear short sleeves and can get burned

got the ad translated by my gf and this is what it supposedly means

i think it's saying that the cig burn is a threat to your bare arm like mosquitos and sun burns

it's fvcking weird but so are the japanese :p
