I hardly have money for gas let alone a subscription or anything else.

Case in point:
I broke my 60gig hard drive and have to operate on my ancient 4500 rpm ata 33, 6 gig indefinitely cuz I broke the bank buying this computer.

the speed increase wont help me, i'm still on dialup. but i would subscribe, for a t-shirt and no banners. maybe after i get my DSL (stupid phone company)

I'm on dialup too. I can tell a difference. There are times, that if for some reason I have a slower connection.....the forums are slower, but I definitely see a difference. Plus, having the full-text search again is great!
