During the .xxx domain registration process, there are several launch phases that you need to be aware of. These phases are Sunrise AT (Adult Trademark), Sunrise SRB (Non-Community Trademark), Sunrise AD (Adult Existing Domain Name), Landrush and General Availability. For .xxx domains to resolve you are required to be a verified Member. The .xxx registry will email you at your Registrant Contact email address, directing you to the ICM Membership Application. Fill out the ICM Membership Application free of charge. This only has to be done once per email account, not per domain.
The registry will validate Address and Phone Number details and will call the number provided on the Membership Application. During the phone call, a PIN will be provided which you will need to input in the designated Membership Application area.
Once Membership Application is completed, we will receive a Membership Token from the .xxx registry allowing all of the .xxx domain names associated with your email account to resolve.

• .xxx Sunrise AT | SEPT 7th 2011 - OCT 28th 2011 Sunrise AT - Adult Trademark. Register during this phase if you are an existing Trademark owner operating within the adult entertainment industry. Applications during this phase take priority over Sunrise SRB.

• .xxx Sunrise AD | SEPT 7th 2011 - OCT 28th 2011 Sunrise AD - Adult Existing Domain Name Apply for this phase if you already own an existing adult domain and would like to register the corresponding .xxx domain, eg. you own mydomain.com and would like to apply for mydomain.xxx. Applications during this phase take priority over Sunrise SRB.

• .xxx Sunrise SRB | SEPT 7th 2011 - OCT 28th 2011
• Sunrise SRB - Non-Community Trademark. Apply during this phase if you do not want to register a .xxx domain but would like to block someone else from registering your Trademark.

• .xxx Landrush | NOV 8th 2011 - NOV 25th 2011 If you would like to register a highly sought-after or generic domain name, you should apply during this phase.

• .xxx General Availability | BEGINS: DEC 6th 2011 The .xxx registry opens its doors to the general public for first-come, first-served .xxx Resolving or "Non-Resolving" domain registrations.
