I want to see a review named "Asus battle" with the A7A266, A7M266, A7N266, A7S266 and A7V266. DO you think it's possible?

I second that, going round and round about which MB to pick up next month, leaning towards the A7M266. Question, do systems run better with if say you have an Asus MB and Asus video card vs. say an Elsa. Are there components that make like manuf. cards run smoother??

Yeah, he did something like that in April with A7A, A7M, A7V133, but this would be even better.

The A7N266 is currently bigtime vaporware (DOH!), but other than that it'd make for a good Athlon+DDR comparison

This would be a nice review. I don't know much about Asus boards so it would be educational for me. I know of Asus' reliability, so they are in the running for my next (DDR) board.

About your question "will an Asus videocard run better w/an Asus motherboard?" The answer is "no." Asus sells their version of NVidia GF-family cards. The card is based on a "reference design" Which basically means that 20-different manufacturers follow a schematic, build the board and slap their name on it. Usually, any reference-design board will perform no better or worse than another. An Asus videocard will work in an Iwill mobo, for example. Hope this helps.
