One thing that I would love to see, that is to what countries, or continents the company ships to. I just hate it when searching for something and then when you finaly find it the stupid company doesnt ship to where I live.
 
I think any store that has an online retail business qualifies, whether they sell cameras, pc hardware, software, clothing, etc. Just remember to rate your online shopping experience with them, not your B&M shopping experience.

Zuni, is this database going to be moderated in any fashion? Will vendors be allowed to respond to negative ratings?

No idea what the future holds for it, as for now it will stay as is unless there are problems. We'll see how feedback goes over a few months then play with it from there.

Not the system's fault. Looks like user error to me.

He was so quick to choose a selection that he picked the wrong one. The system cannot "check" user error😉
 
A preview page before submitting it to the database would solve most of those cases, and having colored buttons for approve or diapprove like green and red would also help

Are the special Fusetalk codes enabled, or can we only enter plain text?

but does it have to have the option anonymous
just so we know which member brought it. so there are no vendors sign up multiper account to up their rating, and also no vendor sign up account and give multiper faulse rating.

How about ratings on the returns process? This should either be optional since for some vendors a person will never have had a return, or perhaps a second column / database form.

Since it's tied to our membership info will we be able to edit our vote to fix mistakes or update if service gets better or worse?

Just suggestions, it's already a great way to help the AT community as-is.
