you decide.

(5'11 @ 185lbs 25.8 BMI)

Some might suggest that you were just keen to post pics of yourself with your shirt off on computer forum primarily visited by blokes ;)

25.8 is .8 outside healthy by that particular scale, and we would never have believed you if you'd just told us you were reasonably fit and worked out a bit, because nobody understands that here...oh, wait ;)

Damn, ATOT needs to eat more. :)

I don't care if I have one of the highest scale number thingys. My wife thinks I'm sexy, and that's all that matters. That's the best thing about being married!

I think the obese shy away from this thread, so you get biased results.

BMI = 20.4
Resting Heart Rate = 52 (however, recovery heart rate is a more reliable measure of fitness)

5'9"
150-160 lbs (dunno for sure as I haven't been to a reliable scale lately)
22-23.5

BMI is a bunch of bunk though...doesn't take into account body fat percentage...or better yet resting heart rate!

When do you measure your resting heart rate...only in the morning or at any point during the day? just measured mine at 68

LMFAO

I'm obese apparently. Nevermind that I have a big build and 200 lbs would be my ideal weight.

Just a hair over 26. Down from 34 as of February. :) I've still got a ways to go, though.

Haven't we established BMI is crap ? Many of the guys I play hockey with would be "overweight" but they are friggin solid muscle (even if short). Hell, according to BMI, I'm close to overweight - if you saw me you'd say no shot.

I don't like BMI. I think that body fat % is a much better determinate.

That said, I am right at 25.

I'm overweight - but nothing even approaching obese. My too-skinny weight in high school calculates to just shy of 28 BMI - well into "overweight" territory.
