Anandtech OT vs Steam OT

The downtime of Anandtech off topic forum had made me wonder how many of you had to find other off topic forum to vent off at.

As far as I know the most active off topic forums are this anandtech off topic and Valve's Steam off topic forum.

Which one is more active or popular?

Or is there another off topic forum that is hugely popular and active that I dont know of?
