My Secret Santa truly surprised and put a smile on my face today. I thought that package I got a couple weeks back was it (which was really cool mind you), but lo and behold, there was a bit more that showed up today.

Now I just have to get pics and stuff put together so I can share. Hopefully I'll have a moment in between sick kids, cooking dinner, packing stuff to ship out, work, xmas shopping, groceries, etc, to do that.

So, it turns out that was NOT my gift from SS. It was something else. Oh well.

Thanks SS! Post graduation I've wanted to get back into reading, and this is a book I think I'll enjoy but not have picked up for myself. My friends and I will enjoy the game I'm sure, can't wait to play! Thanks!

Got mine in the mail yesterday. The book is awesome and my wife is jelly about the magnets. Thanks SS, this was awesome, definitely doing it again next year.

 Secret Santa, particularly on the donation to Children's Hospital. My son is looking forward to playing the Star Wars game with me this Xmas vacation.

I WANT THAT X-WING GAME!!!

Also 17.5 's for the donation. That is incredibly generous and great to see this time of year (or any time of year, come to think of it :) ).

Come on over Fritzo... Bring the beer and you can be red leader!

Something I'll divulge: I ask ever year that my secret Santa donate to the charity of their choice, even if it means it becomes their only gift to me. Reason is I was once on that side of the tracks many years back, and I was too humble to ask for help. One particularly tough year Christmas was going to be pretty lean, almost non-existent. That year turned into the best Christmas my family ever had thanks to the generosity of my coworkers and a couple of local charities. So because of it we try to give back every year, and it's why it's the #1 thing on my SS list every year.

And lastly, FUCK YEAH SECRET SANTA!!! Just found out a few minutes ago that a Logan's is opening up on my side of town in May! I won't have to drive across town, not that it matters cause I would anyway.

OK, some extremely generous soul sent me a bonus gift, and they want to remain anonymous. I don't want it to remain anonymous that I am incredibly grateful and touched by this person's generosity and thoughtfulness. Thank you.

looks like blossom is taking a dump on what santa brought you lol

"i've got something boiled up for ya, but it's not water..."

no..she just likes to sit on things. My phone, my tablet, my keyboard, plastic bags, my dirty laundry...anything not normal. I have witnessed her wait by the printer for a piece of paper to lay on.

haha that's the coolest cat :)

she is very cool. She also thinks everyone on Earth was put here to pet her...at all times.

The sitting thing does get annoying. Whenever something is lost, one of the first places to check is under the cat.
