Wow. After reading around a bit on those forums, it looks like the people that have the biggest cities use programs to hit their city using proxies automatically.

i installed sim city 3000 last night and built a city coincidentally

i cant get past the 1.3mil population barrier though, that game is weird like that...

i have virtually no crime, good education/health/good highway/public transportation system/airport/seaport, but no rails, that's probably what's holding me back...
