Yeah, we don't see enough mod edits anymore. Those were great as they often made fun of the OP even more.

My favorites were the mod edits that were misspelled with the same misspellings that she used with her real account. But, back then, I used to get a lot of mod edits. Not so much anymore.

I think I only got one mod edit. It was great to be touched by his noddley appendage.

I miss the clever mod edits as well. Really made this place a bit more fun.

My guess is that Common Courtesy is a fem, not a guy. I suspect it's Rubycon.

I thought one condition of Common Courtesy remaining anonymous was that he/she could not use any other account to post.

The original handle could cause a potential conflict between business and Modship.
I do get some business income via Anandtech.

As such, TPTB agreed to allow the second handle for Modding
The original is not used for Modding - there are no more than a handful of members (non Mods) that have made the connection between the two.

Now I want to find out who you are even if I don't really care...but a mystery is a mystery.

Ah, that makes sense.

I do miss the anonymous mods. The whole "hand of god" feel added a spice to forums life. :)

More like the backslap of god.

:D

I remember (well kind of) when I used to think that I was the mods' whipping boy. I felt like I was always getting singled out. Turns out that getting drunk and calling out the mods isn't the best way to get on their good side.

Lesson learned!
