Just wanted to hear which previous anandtech nick's people feel should be unbanned. I'm asking because someone I know is begging me to beg moderators to unban him and I haven't decided yet.

No, thats more of a weekend thing...although probably not this coming weekend. I think I had plenty of sauce last weekend to last awhile!

They were banned for a reason. If you killed someone you'd be locked up for a reason. Unless proven innocent the crime will still stand, and therefor the punishment will not change either.

A lot of people got banned in 2000 in the wake of the hot deals coupon code situation. Right after the coupon codes were banned, things were said, and people got banned.
I think some of those bans were hasty and some good forum members were banned.

Well, there is one person, whose name I will not mention, that got banned, who I will miss. (That seems like too many commas...) His posts were interesting and he actually contributed to the forums. He just went and did a very stupid thing. It's a shame really.

Ah, well. I think that there are quite a few people here (not necessarily in this thread) who deserve to be banned. Alas, I am not a moderator, so it's out of my control.

:)
