$959 for site #1
$572 for site #2

That's weird. I expected site #2 to be worth more than site #1. LOL

ha..yahoo.com is worth $2,147,483,647

LOL that makes you the third person to point that out. Can we get 4!

anyone notice that Yahoo is worth more that Google?

I can't believe that on a forum full of computer nerds, nobody pointed out that yahoo is worth MAX_INT dollars.

For the non-programmers out there: http://www.maxint.net/

Ya, Anand must be embarrassed at how you owned him.

Anand only rarely posts in the forums and has not posted here. I was refering to those who have posted in the thread.

The point is that the valuation is completely off and does not come close to the actual market value. In a transaction between small-medium sized corporations I would expect my site to fetch no more than $40k, yet it is valued at $130k. The only time a site would go for that much is when it has reached a critical mass where the value far exceeds any medium to long term income (ex: Youtube).
