well it depends on how many work units your Packet holds.. it takes me about 20-30 minutes to chew on a packet with 4 work units on it, however I'm only running on a K6-2 400@420mhz. yours should be MUCH faster then mine!

Hey, aren't our computers more powerful than the Cray computers of the 80s? Or was the Cray a giant network computer of subunits?

Actually in recent years Crays have become less and less of a big deal compared to our "badass" SMP mainstream monsters. And I believe Crays have always relied on parallel processing (i.e. SMP) to achieve their high-level of performance.

The dumbest film goof was in M:I... I think Ving Rhames had what he called a "Cray laptop"... hahahaha

Well, ever since I started cracking on my SMP system it started jumping up in rank, and my rate has gone way above what I used to get. To bad I can only crack during evening hours, late nights, early morning, or I would be able to contribute more. I?m hoping to get my overall rate even higher.
