I did it on the phone. When she first called up, she said she wasn't the name on the account... The name on the account showed as "Katherine." It sounded like a guy to me, just a rather effeminate guy. I put her on hold to get her to the right place, & when I came back I said "OK, Sir?" Once the other tech took over she said her name was "Kate." Oops.

I'm at school right now. Heh, the schools proxy started blocking the forums (no idea why), so after a week or so of being gone, I finally found an anominizer that works. If anyone is blocked by 'bess' than http://www.workspot.net/~chrisyoung/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/http/ before any address fixes that problem nicely. It works two-fold because they've blocked email for awhile now from school, and thats no problem now. Hope this can help someone.
