Heh they should have mission packs for splinter cell where you have to sneak into nvidia/ati and find as much info about the r420/nv40 as you can 🙂

Actually, we rarely sign NDA. However, sometimes if you push your freedom too far, you can ostricize yourself from receiving good information from the 1st party during launch or slightly after. Other people also scream bloody murder if you leak information that THEY have under NDA but cant publish/comment on. (sometimes its not worth the effort) 😉
