To best honest, I think these 3 guys are doing a terrific job. Look, they are not journalists. They don't do investigative reporting. They don't go digging for news. They are more like bloggers. Their posts are based off of news from other tech/science sites.
I think people are way too harsh on them - they take a lot of abuse. For example, if Jason writes an article about a breakthrough in physics and rewrites an incorrect fact from the original source, he gets ridiculed by commentators who majored in physics or work in the field of physics.
Seriously? Do you need Anandtech to hire a theoretical physicist to write news stories?
