To best honest, I think these 3 guys are doing a terrific job. Look, they are not journalists. They don't do investigative reporting. They don't go digging for news. They are more like bloggers. Their posts are based off of news from other tech/science sites.

I think people are way too harsh on them - they take a lot of abuse. For example, if Jason writes an article about a breakthrough in physics and rewrites an incorrect fact from the original source, he gets ridiculed by commentators who majored in physics or work in the field of physics.

Seriously? Do you need Anandtech to hire a theoretical physicist to write news stories?

For what it's worth, I think they get undeserved criticism. I think they're doing their job well. I like the topics that they choose.

Their articles::thumbsup:

Ah, those sure don't seem like blogs to me so I was lost. The AT articles are good though. I don't really see all the flack they apparently take according to the OP though... really as the internet goes it's pretty mild.

People read these blogs? I'm willing to bet 90% of the people in this forum never read one of there blogs.

Uhh, those people aren't AnandTech. They're DailyTech. Despite the similar name they're apparently a fully independent entity.

Also, Jason Mick is a nimrod and a troll.
